I've been in touch with with Mr Baca the Swallows IT guy. He said he is i n the process of making image disc...I'll contact him again tomorrow and see when we can finish and get paid!!! - BB Let's start a business called Geeks for God.. we set up all the tech stuff for churches, then train them, build their web site...maintain it if they don't want to (for a fee) host it (fee) and move to next church...all while returning 10% back to ROG...Hmmmm

I have learned that I no longer have a passion for programming and that God is calling me back to home to regroup and think of a new direction. It is sad to leave so many of the good things I had here behind but I want nothing more than to be in God's will and if that's what it means then I am happy to do it. That is ALL I wanted in the first place. Thank you for all your prayers. I felt them all working in my life.

In this programming class I am NOT able to do the assignments by myself. I am always asking the teacher for help, sometimes even during lunch. Then I am always asking my brilliant roommate for help as well. All the students who have been here awhile claim that in the next or 3rd quarter that everything will "click." Right now it's all just kind of a blur. I want to stay because I want to give the program the shadow of the doubt but I am also trying to still be receptive if God shuts the door. I want nothing more than to be in His will.

So in other words this quarter ends September 19. After that I will ask God for the next step He wants me to take. I am at the point where I will do anything and go anywhere he asks me to go.

At 12:40pm on August 11, 2008, Micah Holt said…: Latest update (8-11-08)- Midterms are this week so I am studying as much as I can allow my brain to focus. I want to thank everyone for their prayers. The ONLY reason I am still here is by the grace of God and His new mercies every day. Your prayers have worked supernatural wonders. I am not out of the dark yet but I am definitely doing better then when I sent out the prayer request. Thank you for your prayers.

About Me: (We're all friends, here...): I love God and electronics. Anything with an electrical current running through it really. (even if it is enough to kill ya:-) I enjoy computers most of all but also have other hobbies: Plastic model building, biking, hiking, camping, and can't forget video gaming!

Favorite Music:: Christian contemporary anything (rock specifically)....save country. Sorry country people;-). Skillet is amazing being that I have everything of theirs. Flyleaf is pretty cool. Toby mac too. Then everything else Christian is pretty decent.

Favorite TV Shows:: Lost-you gotta love it. CSI if I happen to catch it. Beyond that, I don't really care for TV programs. I would rather use the computer or watch a real movie then follow the TV and commercials.

How has God moved in YOUR life?: I would be absolutely NOTHING without God in my life. He has brought me this far and will continue to grow me however He wants. We are clay and must submit to his knowing and loving will. Right now being in college I am learning that I have to trust God no matter what even if I am stressed/worried/uptight/etc. about school. It is hard but I know whatever happens is God's will.

This will happen one day....will you be ready?
